This privacy policy explains how Remobile Tech GmbH collects, uses, and protects personal data on remobiletech.com. We are committed to GDPR compliance and to handling your data with care.

2. Data we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it. When you submit a wholesale inquiry, we collect: your full name, your company name (optional), your email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect data through analytics, tracking scripts, or passive browsing.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — the processing is necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request. If you do not submit an inquiry, no personal data is processed.
4. Third-party services
We use Resend (Resend Inc., 185 Alewife Brook Pkwy, Suite 210, Cambridge, MA 02138, USA) to deliver inquiry emails. When you submit a form, your name and email address are processed by Resend’s infrastructure. Resend provides appropriate safeguards for transatlantic data transfers. 5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; to request restriction of processing; to data portability; and to object to processing. 6. Retention
Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of three years from receipt. Data is deleted sooner if no business relationship materialises, or upon a valid erasure request.

This website uses technically necessary cookies. Optional analytics services, if introduced, will be activated only after you consent. Your selection is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
